Alpine Vista Behavioral Health offers a virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that helps participants balance work and home commitments while going through treatment. Our IOP is provided by a licensed clinician and evidence-based therapies to help you achieve lasting recovery.

About our virtual IOP program:

• Participate in group therapy 3 hours a day, 3-5 days a week
• Learn the benefits of structure and discipline
• Improve communication skills
• Learn from others’ experiences and support their peers
• Socialize without unhealthy habits

Offered:

• Late afternoon and early evening sessions
• Monday through Friday
• Primary psych/ SUD and DUAL individually designed
  treatment programs available to all adults
