We are a nonprofit legal aid organization that serves the population that are under the 200% federal poverty guideline; clients over the age of 60 do not have the same financial or asset guidelines that the rest of the population does so we have less constraints.

We help those that qualify and are in our counties, with civil matters from needing an ID to civil suits, to housing, protection orders, divorce or custody cases, probate matters like Wills and Medical directives, criminal record sealing, loss of benefits like SSDI reductions, and federal tax problems.

Serving Moffat, Routt, Grand, Jackson, Rio Blanco, Gunnison, Lake, Pitkin, Summit, Eagle, and Clear Creek Counties.
