Mountain Valley Horse Rescue (MVHR), a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, is committed to rehabilitate and rehome at-risk equines in need, while working to reduce the cases of unwanted equines through education and outreach. We offer resources to horse owners to assist in time of need, and also accept owner surrenders so we ensure the horse does not fall through the cracks. We offer a large variety of equine community programs to give youth and adults the opportunity to learn from and be around these amazing animals. From Summer Day Camps, to School group programming, from Corporate Team Building to Birthday Parties. We welcome volunteers year-round and offer monthly volunteer trainings as well.
